This is a plain-language summary of how TRALEXIA handles your data. TRALEXIA is a decision-support tool: its results support professional decisions and may contain errors. It does not constitute legal advice.
Who operates the service
TRALEXIA is operated by its team. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What data we process and why
Your account data (name, email) and your organisation's; the documents and queries you upload or make; and the decisions and records generated by the service. We process them for the sole purpose of providing you with the transport decision-support service and improving the product.
Third parties involved
We rely on a hosting and database infrastructure provider, and on an artificial-intelligence model provider for text analysis. If you voluntarily connect your email (Google or Microsoft), we access only what you authorise through those providers' consent, with minimal permissions. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account remains active. You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will handle the request free of charge.
Verified versus informative results
The service distinguishes verified outputs — backed by traceable evidence — from merely informative material. Informative material must not be used as a final decision or as certification.
