1. Nature of the service and access
TRALEXIA is a decision-support platform for the road transport sector. Access to the platform is personal, linked to the organisation you belong to, and may be granted by invitation or by sign-up. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide when registering.
2. Plans and trial period
TRALEXIA offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the service. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription plan under the conditions and prices in force, which are set out on our pricing page. We will inform you of any change to the applicable conditions with reasonable notice.
3. Availability of the service
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep the platform operational and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and we may carry out maintenance, updates or changes. Where service-level commitments apply to a given plan, they will be those expressly agreed with you.
4. VERIFIED versus INFORMATIVE results
TRALEXIA distinguishes between VERIFIED content (backed by traceable regulatory sources and eligible as evidence) and INFORMATIVE content (orientation support, without certification). Incomplete results are presented as a draft or informative material. TRALEXIA never fabricates certifications nor presents as verified anything that is not.
5. Does not replace professional advice
TRALEXIA is a decision-support tool and does not constitute legal advice nor replace a professional's judgement. Final operational responsibility for any transport decision always rests with you and your company.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].
7. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use TRALEXIA for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach the isolation between organisations or access other users' data, and not to submit content for which you do not hold sufficient rights.
8. Rights over documents and content
The documents and content you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permissions necessary to process them and provide the service. We claim no ownership over your content.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or for specific accounts, where necessary for reasons of security, maintenance, breach of these terms or non-payment of the applicable plan. We will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice whenever possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the conditions of your plan.
10. Handling of incomplete or informative results
Where verified coverage is insufficient, TRALEXIA will state so expressly and will offer, where appropriate, an informative result or a draft. Such results must not be interpreted as a definitive confirmation of compliance.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
